For example: immune defence, PMS/Menopause support, reduce muscle aches&pain, manage stress and anxiety, guiding you to easily implement lifestyle habits for your physical and psychological benefit.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 48hrs notice for cancellation of appointments. 1. Meditation classes are non-refundable. Payment can be transferred to another session. 2. A deposit will be charged for massage and beauty therapy services at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellations occur less than 48hrs before your appointment.
