My career covers more than 35 years across a broad range of industries including - information technology, manufacturing, professional services (legal), aged care and retail.

 

I am a Certified Life balance coach & Time Line TherapistTM, and hold a Master Clinical Aromatherapist Diploma.

 

I have also developed a unique approach to mindfulness through a serious of guided meditations that supports your personal journey toward a healthy lifestyle and optimal wellness.
