What a great way to start our Friday!
Following the Liptember theme sharing stories and choices that we make to support creating positive mental wellbeing:
~ Friendship
~ healthy eating
~ exercise
~ getting enough sleep
~ knowing when to stop
~ taking a well deserved break
~ expressing gratitude and positive self belief through meditation or prayer.
There were many more thoughts explored - leaving us inspired to participate more fully in self care to look after our emotional and physical wellbeing.
