In my last newsletter I posed some questions on goal setting.

You can review that article on my Facebook page if you need to.

Well … now it is time to press ‘pause’ and check your progress.

Here are some tips to consider:

How have you prioritised your schedule?

  1. Where have you set aside time just for you

  2. At what times have you included your spiritual practice

  3. How have you implementing a health and wellbeing program

  4. What days/time are set aside for family and friends

  5. … now is this the point where you started scheduling your work commitments and appointments!

Too many times we start planning our schedule by including all our work commitments first – my challenge for you is to put into your calendar all the priorities from points 1 to 4 listed above and then add your work!
